Regarding the manufacture and sale of Medical-Use Percutaneous Absorptive Analgesic Antiphlogistics, or FALZY, the tape-shaped adhesive skin patch agent generally called Felbinac that is manufactured and sold by Sawai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (president: Hiroyuki Sawai; head office: Asahi-ku, Osaka; hereinafter "the Company"), the Company and Saitama Daiichi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (president: Koshiro Nakamura; head office: Kasukabe-shi, Saitama), implemented, under mutual agreement, the inheritance of the approval for the manufacture and sale from the Company to Saitama Daiichi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., as of November 30, 2005, which is hereby notified.
