Sawai Pharmaceutical
and the consolidated subsidiary Medisa Shinyaku Inc. and Kaken Shoyaku Inc.
(hereafter referred to as "Sawai Pharmaceutical
Group. ") of Sawai Pharmaceutical observe laws,
other standards concerning protection of individual
information, and relating various guidelines. Furthermore,
Sawai Pharmaceutical Group respects the privacy rights
of individuals and will respond when there is a claim
from the person in question about individual information
during a reasonable time period appropriately.
- About
the collection and use of individual ’s information -
After specifying the purpose of use, the Sawai Pharmaceutical
Group collects individual information. Furthermore,
collected individual information is not used for any
other purpose other than those listed below.
- For
the purpose of notifying of the purpose of use
beforehand or obtaining the person in question’s
agreement.

The Sawai Pharmaceutical group does not offer individual
information to a third party, except when the agreement
of the person in question is obtained or it is permitted
by law. When individual information is given to a
third party, by contract that third party is obligated
to manage that information appropriately. However,
only in the case of when sharing of individual information
is needed inside the Sawai Pharmaceutical Group is
such an action allowed
- About
management of individual information-
The Sawai Pharmaceutical group manages all individual
information that can be known on a business level
regardless of it being paper or electronic based,
and guards against illegal access, loss, falsification,
and leakage, etc. Furthermore, for proper management,
rules of individual information management are set
inside the company and other than specific people
the information is inaccessible thanks to locks, security
server installation, etc.
- Disclosing
individual information, the procedure of suspension,
etc. -
Demands related to notification of reason for use,
release of information, corrections of individual
information, additions, cancellation (including deletion),
etc. are all handled in the style decided by the Sawai
Pharmaceutical Group.

are free, when a response from the Sawai Pharmaceutical
Group is necessary you will be asked to pay a 500
yen postage fee ( 80 yen for one type of mail, 420
yen for registered mail).
